Preserving Your SMV As You Age

Here are the pictures from my journal – this is 10 weeks of progress. As I hope you can see, it’s perfectly possible to preserve your SMV in your 40s (I am now 44), and even in your 50s. I see no reason why I shouldn’t be fitter and stronger in 50s vs 20s / 30s.
